Automatic adhesive filling via the granulate feeder

Manual refilling of the hot melt adhesive is no longer necessary when using a granulate feeder. The fill level of the tank in the melting container is continuously monitored. Process reliability is increased with the use of the granulate feeder, as unplanned production interruptions due to an empty tank are avoided. Fresh adhesive is added as needed. This reduces temperature fluctuations in the melt and prevents cracking in the device. The automatic refilling process significantly reduces the risk of accidents for personnel. Maintenance costs due to contamination of the system caused by overfilling or falling granulate are reduced to almost zero.

Control cabinet door and cladding
All components of the HB 6000 connect are accessible in just a few simple steps. The innovative drawer system and wide-opening front door provide easy access to the control cabinet and pneumatic unit. The removable side panels of the ‘Cool-Touch’ housing facilitate access for all service and installation work. The ‘Cool-Touch’ surface minimises the risk of burns.
